The Olympia House is a 5-Star Built Green Home. It sits on a previously occupied city lot.
The original home was deconstructed and all usable materials were taken to the Second Use Building Supply.
Attempts to reuse the existing foundation proved structurally unacceptable.
The original patio and retaining wall were integrated into the new home’s design.
